Hemp Cook Aaron has a love for Lebanese food. As a young child growing up in the midwest, he was captivated by his first experience eating Dolma and Sour Cherry Rice. Today, he fondly looks at food as an elevated experience and it roots right back to these childhood experiences. Vast spreads of lamb, fish, dried fruits, aromatic rices, stews, curries and other incredibly seasoned and interesting dishes created memories and emotions that the midwest famous, pyrex dish filled with meat and potatoes, couldn't begin to hold a candle to.
