Goat? One of our favorite and underrated meats!

Goat, a massive portion of the world tends to eat much more goat than beef or pork. The resources alone to feed these giant animals tend to carry such a weighty price tag that a lot of ranchers tend to lean more heavily on goat, as they are small, grow quickly and feeding them is notoriously easy. As goat can be a little difficult to find in some areas, feel free to substitute lamb or beef!
